Necromancer
Description
Level 3 - Toll the Dead
Whenever you Subdue a creature or player or Slay them by reducing their Hits to 0 with Crit damage, you heal yourself for 1 Hit instantly for Free. This does not count as Drain for the sake of Reanimate.
Level 5 - Necrophage
You gain the Effect and may use "Slay Add x Drain" for Free to any attack against any Subdued creature or player. You must still use Spirit to trigger the attack if it would ordinarily cost Spirit, such as x Hits.
Level 9 - Transference
You gain the Effect "Self Transfer".
Level 13 - Raise
You gain the Effect "Slay Raise".
Level 17 Heroic Action - Reanimate
Useable once per game shift. You gain the Effect "Magic Reanimate".
Appendix:
Transfer -
You may transfer any Effect targeting you to a Subdued creature or player within range of your theoretical Burst radius for 1 Spirit. You do this by calling "Transfer" and then calling "Slay x" against the target, where "x" is the Effect transferred. You may not use Transfer to transfer any AoE delivered Effects, such as with Burst, Arc, or Spray since they are not directly targeting you. You may not use Transfer on damage that would cause Crit or Crush damage to you.
Raise -
You may command a non-Epic Subdued creature or PvP flagged character if you are also flagged. Your commanded target stands up and walks towards a target you designate and use one attack. The raised creature or character is immune to everything until it hits its target, and should use the highest damage or highest level detrimental Effect it has on the target. Once it hits its target, the creature instantly dissipates, or is dropped to the Slain state if the commanded target is a player.
Reanimate -
Useable once per game shift. You may reanimate a willing ally who is Subdued or Slain with the "Magic Reanimate" tagline. That player is now an Elite version of itself. Any time the reanimated player is Subdued, you may restore them to full Hits and Spirit by dropping yourself to 1 Hit and using "Touch Restore All". If you heal the reanimated player in this way, you may only regain your own Hits with Drain abilities. The player loses the Elite status and the ability to be healed by you by this action's special affect at the end of the content they are reanimated on or if the Necromancer is Subdued, Slain, or far enough away to not be able to communicate with the reanimated target.
