Level 7 - Weave Prime

Gain the meta effect "Add Revive."

You may call your damage actions as healing equal to half the numeric value rounded up (minimum of 1). This healing must be delivered by Touch or Self if it was converted from a melee attack, or by Packet or Self if it was converted from a Packet delivered attack.

Level 11 - Restore

Your "Revive" becomes "Restore" and returns 2 Spirit to the recipient as well as the usual effect of Revive 1. This can only be used on Subdued or Slain players other than yourself.

Level 15 - Siphon

When you Slay a creature or player, you may choose to sacrifice 1 maximum Hit to restore 1 Spirit to yourself. This counts as a Slay effect, and cannot be combined with other Slay effects on the same target. This reduction to your maximum Hits is removed after successfully completing a Rest.

Level 19 Ascendant Action - Despair

Once per event you can use Field Despair by saying "Field Despair". This instantly Slays all non-Epic monsters on the field, and reduces the Epic's health by half of their current remaining Hits. Non-Epic monsters cannot respawn this scene. If there are no Epic monsters in the scene, it kills all remaining respawning monsters, prompting the end ot the scene. If an Epic monster were to spawn later that same scene, it proceeds to its entrance and it comes in at half of its total Hits.

After using Despair, you become Killing Blow Active. The effect of Field Despair ends if you are Slain, allowing non-Epic monsters to respawn. Additionally, you immediately come under the effect of Fate: Death, and reduce the World Tendency by -3.
