The sporadic tropical and nautical decor, and "leisure raft" anchored just off-shore suggest ambitions to become Jastrey's epicenter of relaxation. But the Wet Stone is now a well-known Vibe Bar and Animal Rescue guarded by a friendly, horse-sized tarrasque and a surprisingly adept gray cat.
