Sanctums

A place of peace, discourse, and neutrality. Shades may call the Sanctum home, but all are welcome within its walls, so long as they uphold the spirit of impartiality. In times of conflict, the Ashen Sanctum is open as a place of parlay and negotiation. Violence is strictly forbidden, under penalty of the Harrowing.
