Unarmed

You trigger an Unarmed ability by attacking the intended target with an Unarmed Attack. If you do not have the Proficiency to use Unarmed Attacks, or that arm is Maimed, you cannot use the ability.

Decay

You cannot benefit from Preserve or Recover. Effects that restore Hits (e.g., Drain Damage, Heal, Share) cannot increase your Hits beyond one.
