Unarmed
You trigger an Unarmed ability by attacking the intended target with an Unarmed Attack. If you do not have the Proficiency to use Unarmed Attacks, or that arm is Maimed, you cannot use the ability.
Stop
You cannot attack, move, or speak. The effect ends if you are hit.
