You lower the difficulty of another character's narrative ability by one step (see Adjudicating Narrative Abilities). You must use this before the attempt is made and may not use it on yourself or more than once per scene. No attempt can benefit from more than one use of Inspire.

Runesmith

Runesmithing is an ancient Dwarven method of utilizing magick. While more traditional schools of magic call upon powerful bloodlines, pacts with powerful entities, or direct manipulation of the natural leylines of Orn, rune magick taps into the connection of all things to the maelstrom.
